- Conversation history — messages exchanged with your voice agents
- Widget visitor data — name, email, and page visit history of users who interact with your embedded widgets (only if your agent collects this)
- Usage data — agent usage metrics, conversation counts
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your session
- Operate and improve the Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Provide customer support
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), HTTP-only cookies, and access controls.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services:
- Sarvam AI — speech-to-text and text-to-speech processing
- Google Gemini — AI language model for agent responses
- Razorpay — payment processing for paid subscriptions
5. Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only cookie (userId) to maintain your login session for 30 days. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account will remove all associated data within 30 days.
