1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Salesdok ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Salesdok is a SaaS platform that enables users to create AI-powered voice agents with custom knowledge bases. The Service is powered by Sarvam AI and Google Gemini APIs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content and knowledge base data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it to provide the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate. Use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
